ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent, to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.6 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ambur All Women Police Station, Ambur, Thirupaththur District.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.6 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 376, 417, 420 & 506(i) of IPC is going on and the respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
final report within a period of six months.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
