Heard Mr. Niranjan Rajagopalan, Learned Standing Counsel for the First Respondent and Mr. D.Sathyaraj, Learned Special Government Pleader for the Second, Third and Fifth Respondents, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that after passing of the impugned order in Case No. S.A. 550/kWtprhuiz/A/2015 dated 07.08.2015, another order in Case No. S.A. 550/kWtprhuiz/A/2015 dated 18.09.2015 has been passed by the First Respondent by which the earlier order has been recalled. He has also produced a copy of the same through email, which has been placed on record. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
