A.No.1335 of 2024 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed to extend the time for completion of the arbitral proceedings by a period of 3 months.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant as well as respondent would submit that the learned Arbitrator is intend to travel abroad and hence, they seeks for extension of Mandate of the learned Arbitrator for a period of 3 months for the completion of Arbitration.

4. Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time up to 31.07.2024.

Thus, the learned Arbitrator is directed to complete the Arbitration proceedings on or before 31.07.2024.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
