ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.J.William Shakesphere, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The matter is pending with the Debts Recovery Tribunal. The petitioner has already filed a securitisation application, where interim orders were passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal regarding the sale.

3. The petitioner shall make appropriate application before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. In that event, all contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.5922 of 2024 is closed.
