Crl.M.P.No.6359 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4041 of 2022 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3960 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.4041 of 2022 on 25.03.2022, to report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl side).
3.The learned Government Advocate (crl side) on instruction submitted that the conditions imposed by this Court was complied with by the petitioner. It was further submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report has also been filed.
4.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.3960 of in Crl.O.P.No.4041 of 2022 on 25.03.2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the court below during every date of hearing without fail.
