Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the notification of the 3rd respondent dated 05.11.2012 and quash the same in so far as the calling for all applications for the post of Nathaswaram in deviation to the conditions of approval granted 1/4
by the 1st respondent dated 06.09.2012 made in Mu.Mu.No.41476/2012/H2 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to absorb the petitioner for the post of Nathaswaram, as per the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 04.08.1995 made in Circular No.11/95 and pass such further orders. 2. Today, 12.03.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) appearing for respondents 1 to 3 are present in Court.
3. Learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner has already been regularized with effect from 18.02.2015 and the prayer sought for in this writ petition has 2/4
become infructuous. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
