CRIME NO.18 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.19826/2020 dated 21.12.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SWAMISUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19826 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 419, 120(b) and 509 of IPC, in Crime No.18 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, on every Monday at 10.30 A.M. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
