(CR.NO.219/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed on the Petitioners by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.25337 of 2021 dated 11.01.2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PARTHASARATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 25337 of 2021 dated 11.01.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.25337 of 2021 dated 11.01.2022 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
