O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2015 and to re-direct the 3rd respondent to give arrears of salary from March 2010 and to re-instate him into the service as Panchayat Assistant.

2. In the writ petition, the petitioner has not specifically mentioned how much amount is due to the petitioner as arrears of salary and only sought direction to the first respondent to give arrears of salary and to reinstate him into the service as Panchayat Assistant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Therefore, considering the limited scope of prayer, without expressing any opinion on merits, this court directed the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2015 in accordance with law. At this juncture, it is needless to say that, already if any order has been passed by the first respondent, a copy of the same shall be forwarded to the petitioner.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
