b) to declare the sale deed dated 07.10.2011 registered as document No.10756 of 2011 in the office of joint sub registrar Saidapet, Chennai in 3/6

favour of 57th defendant in so far as the plaintiff 1/40th share in the suit schedule property is concerned as null and void; c) for a permanent injunction restraining defendants 55 to 57 from interfering the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the plaintiff share in the suit schedule property by the plaintiff; d) for a permanent injunction restraining defendants 55 to 57 from alienating or encumbering the plaintiff share in the suit schedule property; e) for a permanent injunction restraining defendants 55 to 57 from altering the nature and character of suit schedule property and f) directing the defendants to pay the costs of the suit. J U D G M E N T

Earlier, when the Suit was posted on 15.03.2024 for hearing, learned counsel on either side were present. Learned counsel for the plaintiff has reported no instructions from his client. Hence, the Registry was directed to remove the name of the learned counsel for the plaintiff and to print the name of the plaintiff in the cause-list and post this matter today under the caption, 'for dismissal' and accordingly, it is listed today. 4/6

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, inspite of the name of the plaintiff being printed in the cause-list, the plaintiff has not appeared before this court. Hence, this Suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
