ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents police not to harass the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant against the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R. Stage and the same has been transferred to the Superintendent of Police, Tuticorin. 4.It is seen that it is a matrimonial dispute between the husband and the wife. The petitioner/husband is ready to compromise with his wife. Now, the case has been transferred to the Superintendent of Police, Tuticorin.

4. At this stage, no direction can be issued to the respondent police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned jurisdictional Court and get his grievance redressed.
