CRIME NO.858 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before respondent police in 1st and 15th of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6981 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13556 of 2020 dated 23.11.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SWAMI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police in 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.6981 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13556 of 2020 dated 23.11.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.6981 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13556 of 2020 dated 23.11.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
