(Order of the Court was made by R.Subramanian, J.) The appeal arises out of the order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mahe situate within the Puducherry Union Territory. Instead of paying the Puducherry Court fee the learned counsel had inadvertently paid the Court fee through Tamil Nadu Court fees stamps. Later he has also paid the Puducherry Court fee.
