ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for the noncompliance of the order made in W.P.No.25174 of 2017, dated 20.09.2017.

Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the orders of this court passed in the writ petition rejecting the petitioner's representation on 07.11.2017.

3. The petitioner, who is appearing in person, also admitted that the respondent had passed the order on 07.11.2017.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I do not find any reason to keep the contempt petition pending. The contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the order passed by the respondent, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same, in accordance with law.
