O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to register a case on the basis of petitioner complaint dated 12.11.2021 and investigate the matter set out in the complaint.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had given a complaint against his sister on 21.07.2021. The respondent had not taken any action based on the complaint, thereby the petitioner had sent a representation to the higher official on 12.11.2021. Since no action has been taken, the present petition has been filed.

3. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that enquiry has been conducted based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 21.07.2021 and the same has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been closed as the matter is civil in nature on 26.10.2021. He would further submit that closure report has also been sent to the petitioner.

4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had not received the closure report yet.

5.In view of the above, direction is issued to the second respondent to furnish the copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. On receipt the same, the Petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition before the jurisdictional Court.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
