Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to dispose of the E.A.No.512 of 2021 in E.P.no.65 of 2018 in O.S.No.21 of 1994 pending on the file of Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, within a reasonable time frame.

ORDER
The above application is filed seeking an earlier disposal of E.A.No.512 of 2021 in E.P.No.65 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Judge, Poonamalle.
2. It is informed by the learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that yesterday, the cross examination of P.W.1 is concluded and that the matter is posted for further evidence on the petitioner's side. The execution petition has been filed in the year 2018 and it is yet to see its end. It is also seen that on 23.02.2021, this Court
had passed an order in CRP(NPD).No.278 of 2021, directing the learned Sub-Ordinate Judge, Poonammalle to dispose of E.P.No.65 of 2018 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Even this order is now been not adhered to.
3. Therefore, a direction is issued to the Subordinate Judge, Poonnamalle to dispose of E.A.No.512 of 2021 on or before 30.06.2022 and report to this Court.
4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands ordered. No costs.
