This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.977 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2120 of 2023 dated 06.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending this petition for modification, the defacto complainant died. He further submit that due to financial difficulties, the petitioner, who is a cardiac patient, was unable to comply the condition imposed on him and thereby, he seeks modification of the above condition.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.977 of Page No.1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
