O R DE R This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 27.10.2021 in W.A.No.1201 of 2021.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 27.10.2021 in W.A.No.1201 of 2021 has been complied with. She also produced a copy of the proceedings of the Respondent dated .04.2023 (signed on 10.04.2023) in Na.Ka.No.7497/K3/2018 to that effect.

3. Recording the aforesaid proceedings dated __ .04.2023 (signed on 10.04.2023), this contempt petition stands closed. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Sub Application is closed.
