Challenging the order dated 31.07.2013, petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, whereby his services in the 4th respondent Institute was terminated on the ground of huge loss sustained by the Institute and the closure of Welding Section.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that based on the directions of this Court dated 02.11.2022, proposal has been sent to the 2nd respondent - The Director of Employment and Training, Guindy, Chennai-600 032, for the purpose of disbursing of pension as well as family pension and therefore, he would state that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to pass orders upon the proposal sent by the 4th respondent. 3.Since a proposal has already been sent to the 2nd respondent by the 4th respondent, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the proposal sent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
