ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having acted willful and deliberate disobedience without taking any steps to re-fix the date of Mariamman Temple Festival, as per the directions contained in the order dated 02.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.28901 of 2022.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied by the respondents and the same was also acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
