PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the detention order dated 13.02.2020 passed by the second respondent in B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V.No.95 of 2020 and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's husband Sudha @ Sudharson son of Jayapal, aged 32 years, NO.4/25, New NO.17, Perumal Koil Street, Kosappur, Chennai 600 060, who is presently under going detention in the Central Prison, Puzhal, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter was heard through "Video Conference". 2.The Petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in No.95/B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V/2020 dated 10.02.2020 detaining his husband as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O. Rt. No.1501, Home, Prohibition ane Excise (X) Department, dated 18.03.2020 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order.
