CR.NO.1/AC/2017 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend further time to surrendeer the petitioner before the learned Special Court for the Cases Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Act Court, City Civil Court, Chennai and furnish the sureties as per the order of this Hon'ble Court made in Crl.O.P.1674/2020 on 04.02.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAJAGOPAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- 1.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking extension of time to surrender before the Special Court for the Cases Vigilance and Anti Corruption Act, Court, City Civil Court and to furnish sureties, as directed by the order of this Court, dated 04.02.2020 made in Crl.OP.No.1674 of 2020. 2.Heard both sides.

3.It is seen that the order copy was made ready on 13.02.2020. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed within 15 days i.e. on 27.02.2020. Hence, time to comply with the order dated, 04.02.2020 is extended for a further period two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
