This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.5(b) in Crl.O.P.No.288 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.5(b) in Crl.O.P.No.288 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once a week, viz., on Monday, at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
