The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 12.09.2014 passed in WP.No.24753 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court dated 12.09.2014 has been complied. They have also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(3D)No.5 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department, dated 12.02.2016 to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the contempt petition is closed.
