W.M.P.No.9451 of 2023 in W.P.No.1833 of 2023 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

This miscellaneous petition has been filed to restore the writ petition which was dismissed for default on 25.01.2023.

2. According to the petitioner, his counsel met with an accident on 25.01.2023 and hence, he could not attend the Court on 25.01.2023 and represented the case.

3. Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) takes notice for the respondents and opposed the restoration of the writ petition.

4.. In view of the said averment made by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the restoration petition is allowed and the writ petition is restored to the file of this Court.
