The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records in resolution dated 22.11.2012 appointing the Fourth Respondent by Third Respondent as Secretary in the Peruvangoor Panchayat and quash the same as illegal and direct the third respondent to appoint of Secretary after following due procedure for recruitment by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2012.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

3. Permission granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as

withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
