For Petitioners : Mr.Chandrakumar L(in all W.Ps) C O M M O N O R D E R The grievances of the writ petitioners are that the instructions dated 23.03.2017, 31.05.2017, 08.06.2018 issued by the Employee Provident Fund Organization(EPFO) with reference to the order dated 04.10.2016 in Civil Appeals No.10013 & 10014 of 2016 has not been considered.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners state that the Revision of Pension as applicable with reference to the above orders are not granted to the writ petitioners. Thus, they have submitted representation to the competent authority in this regard and the same is yet to be considered.

3.Under these circumstances, and without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioners on 17.10.2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioners are also directed to enclose the copies of the representation and all other relevant documents, if any, along with the orders passed in the writ petition.

4.With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
