Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail conditions imposed in Crl O.P no.23695/2021 by order dated 09.12.2021 directing th petitioners to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10.30.a.m until further orders and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.C.KARL MARX, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.23695 of 2021 dated 10.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the conditions without any deviation. However, the prosecution not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
