This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 03.08.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. No.18503 of 2023.

2. When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has made a statement that the order of this Court dated 03.08.2023 made in W.P. No.18503 of 2023 has been complied with and the State has issued a Government Order in G.O. (2D) No.93, Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR.2.(ii)) Department dated 16.09.2024 in compliance of the same. A copy of the said G.O. has been produced for the reference and perusal of the court.

3. Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this contempt petition is closed.
