ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 03.08.2023 in WP.No.18497 of 2023.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the Order of this Court has been complied with and compliance order in G.O.(2D).No.57, Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR.(2ii)) Department dated 06.06.2024 has been issued. The said Government Order is produced before this Court.

3. Such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Order of this Court is complied and no contempt is made out. Hence, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
