This civil revision petition has been preferred to set aside the order and decreetal order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Salem in Tr.O.P.No.249 of 2021, dated 06.12.2021.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned counsel for the respondents.
3. The petitioners are the plaintiffs in the suit. The plaintiffs have filed a transfer petition by raising some allegations against the Presiding Officer of the Subordinate Court, Omalur and the same was dismissed. Aggrieved over the same, this civil revision petition has been filed.
4. It is now submitted that the said officer has been changed and there is no need to deal with the said allegation at this stage. Further, the petitioners have also sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition due to change of circumstances.

5. Accordingly, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose the suit as expeditiously as possible, taking into consideration of the long pendency. No costs.
