BHARATHIDASAN, J (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to amend the Crime Number as 9 of 2020 instead of Crime Number 9 of 2021 and the offences punishable under Sections as 7 and 8 of POCSO Act, 2012 and 406, 420, 414 and 506(i) of IPC instead of Sections 7 and 8 of the POCSO Act, 2012 and 420 and 506(i) of IPC in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.1820 of 2021, dated 19.02.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the Crime Number is amended as 9 of 2020 instead of Crime Number 9 of 2021 and the offences punishable under Sections as 7 and 8 of POCSO Act, 2012 and 406, 420, 414 and 506(i) of IPC instead of Sections 7 and 8 of the POCSO Act, 2012 and 420 and 506(i) of IPC. Two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
