O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.] 1.The detenue/Ms.Jayalakshmi has been produced in Court. The petitioner claims to have married the detenue/Ms.Jayalakshmi at Samayapuram Mariamman Temple, as per Hindu rights and rituals. 2.Admittedly, the petitioner and his mother follow Islam, though, he claims that his father is a Hindu. He also says, that his father belongs to SC community.

3.No marriage certificate has been appended to the petition, to establish that the detenue/Ms.Jayalakshmi has married the petitioner.
4.We have interacted with the detenue/Ms.Jayalakshmi, She says, that she is not in illegal custody, as asserted by the petitioner.
5.In the circumstances, no further order need to be passed in the present petition. It is, accordingly, closed. 6.The petitioner would be at liberty to take recourse to an appropriate legal remedy, albeit, in accordance with law.
