C.M.P. No. 17575 of 2016 in C.M.A. No. SR24724 of 2016 SUNDER MOHAN, J This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Mr. S.P. Yuvaraj, learned counsel takes for the respondents 1 to 6. Since the seventh respondent remained ex parte before the Tribunal, the learned counsel for the appellant sought permission of this Court to dispense with the notice to the seventh respondent and has made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, notice to the seventh respondent is dispensed with.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 6.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.
