This criminal original petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Special Judge/IIIAdditional District and Session Judge (Under NDPS Act), Puducherry in Crl.M.P.No.17 of 2020 on 01.02.2020 against the petitioner thereby dismissed the petitioner to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.115 of 2019 on 05.11.2019 by the learned III Additional Sessions Judge at Puducherry, to appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Karaikal, daily at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
