Heard Mr. R.Amardeep, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. K.Sathish Kumar, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Petitioner, who is presently working in Medur Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society, has filed this Writ Petition for directing the Respondent, viz., Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation, to consider the representation dated 25.01.2020 to appoint him as Salesman in one of its shops. 3.

The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made the following endorsement in the court record which is extracted below:- "The Petitioner withdrawing the Writ Petition with liberty that the Petitioner seeks liberty to give representation to the Medur Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society to give alternate job which did not include the dust allergy job nature as the Petitioner ailing from dust allergy and underwent VATS Surgery and his ailment 2/4

continuing. The Co-operative Society may consider the Petitioner representation based on his medical ailment." 4.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
