Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition since he has wrongly impleaded State Bank of India instead of State Bank of Mysore.

Permission sought for is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition. No costs.
