O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court dated 03.09.2014 in M.P.No.3 of 2013 in W.P.No.14800 of 2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that a writ appeal in W.A.No.1142 of 2018 has been filed against the order dated 03.09.2014 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.

3. In the said circumstances, a joint memo of settlement dated 24.08.2018, was filed and on the basis of which, the writ appeal was disposed of on 29.08.2018. According to the joint memo that the issue between the Management and the workman has been settled out of Court and the workman has received all the dues payable by the Management towards full and final settlement and the relationship of the employer and the employee got relinquished.

4. In view of the same, this Court finds that no orders are necessary in the contempt petition and therefore, the same is closed.
