present writ petition, and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a copy of the letter written by the petitioner's son requested the learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition and the same was also taken on record.
2. In view of the submission coupled with the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
