The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 120B, 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 of IPC in Crime No.348/2014 and seek anticipatory bail. 2.This is the third Anticipatory Bail application. 3.An earlier application was dismissed by this Court by a well considered order. It is a case of the prosecution that these petitioners applied for various loans from Vijaya Bank in different names and had availed a loan in connivance with the Manager of the Vijaya Bank, who has been arrayed as A9. 4.Mr.A.D.Jagadish Chandiar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are ready to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- totally, towards their outstanding loan. The learned counsel also submitted that this Court has granted Anticipatory Bail to two of the accused in this case.

dn submitted that totally 13 loans are involved in this case out of which Mrs.Dorothy Magarat.K, M/s.G.K.Constructions and M/s.Mahalakshmi Printers have returned the amounts and therefore their loan amounts were closed. Under those circumstances, the Anticipatory Bail was granted to them. 6.As far as these petitioners are concerned, the total outstanding amount comes to Rs.1,20,00,000/-. Under such circumstances, taking into consideration of the gravity of the allegation against the petitioners, it is not a fit case for Anticipatory Bail and the same is dismissed. 08.07.2015 Dn CRL.
