Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certioarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 17.08.2018 vide Ref.Rc.No.9059/2017/B1 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently, forbear the respondents from initiating eviction proceedings against the petitioner from the residential colony known as Sri Shanmuga Nagar and consequently, forbearing the respondents from in any manner interfering with the absolute possession and enjoyment of the petitioners property without any acquisition proceedings in accordance with law and consequently direct the respondents to restore patta No.494 in favour of the petitioner and other similarly placed persons in all revenue records.
