This writ petition has been filed by the Management against the order passed by the Tribunal rejecting the memo, which has been filed by them on the ground that the Employees Union is involved in forum shopping.

2.This Court does not find any error in the order passed by the Tribunal. The relief sought for in the other five connected writ petitions are different and those writ petitions are also disposed of by this Court, by order dated 21.03.2017. Hence this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
