JUDGMENT

[Order of the Court was made by RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.] 1.Mr.Lakshminarayanan, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant, says that he has instructions, to convey to the Court, that the appellant, wishes to withdraw the captioned appeal with liberty to raise the issues adverted to in W.A.Nos.1646 to 1648 of 2017.

1.1.An endorsement to that effect has also been made on the paper book.

2.Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for, albeit, in accordance with law. Consequently, connected pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. No costs.
