PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cause the protection of the body of the detenu Pinky D/o.Tulsiram, aged about 22 years and to receive her from the illegal custody of respondent Nos.3 to 6 and to allow her to liver her own life peacefully and independently as she likes.
