Prayer : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 06.11.2019 under Section 16 and 17 of Indian Telegraph Act read with TNEB Act within a time frame as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2019.

2. According to the petitioner, though the property works were drawn for organising the High Tension Power in the petitioner's property, the same has not been utilised as the line has been drawn through a different route. Therefore, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner submitted that the construction put up in his property should be removed and restored to its original position.

3. The matter is pending before the 1st respondent. There will be a direction to the 1st respondent to inspect the petitioner's property and submit a report. On hearing the officials of the TANTRANSCO, orders be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
