This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengam to dispose the case in C.C.No.10 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and

perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengam, is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.10 of 2022 and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
