When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents submitted that though the petitioner has come up with this petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.95 of 2025, on the file of the respondentpolice, the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the Sessions Court, Ooty, and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.2 of 2026.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said final report, if so advised and work out the remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 23.02.2026 skt NCC : Yes/No
