C.M.P.No.10686 of 2018 and C.R.P.No. 3453 of 2016 P.T.ASHA, J.

This petition is filed to implead the petitioners/proposed respondents/ legalheirs of J.Nakkeeran as party to the proceedings being clause-II heirs of deceased brother (J.Nakkeeran), who died as bachelor. The death certificate of the Nakkeran as well as the legalheirship certificate of the proposed respondents/ petitioners herein as legalheirs has been filed.

Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow the impleading petition. Accordingly the petitioners are directed to be implead as party respondents.

Hence, this petition is allowed.
