ORDER

By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks the expeditious disposal of representation dated 07.02.2024 in respect of a demand notice dated 26.10.2023.

2. Mr.C.Harsha Raj, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for the respondent. He submits that the assessment order preceding the demand notice was issued in the year 2010. A copy thereof was served on learned counsel for the petitioner. In light of the assessment order, the recourse available to the petitioner is to challenge the assessment order in accordance with law. 2/4
