This application has been filed by the applicants to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to examine the attesting witness viz., Smt.Lalitha Ramkrishna, in her residence at No.2, 6th Cross street, CIT colony, Mylapore, Chennai 600 004, as PW2, with relevant documents, record the evidences of chief and cross examination and submit the same before this court in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.

4. Ms.T.Malathy, Advocate, Enrolment No.MS.268/2006, No.367, New Additional Law Chambers, High Court Building, Chennai-600104, (Cell No.9791018581) is appointed as an Advocate Commissioner to examine the attesting witness viz., Smt. Lalitha Ramkrishna, in her residence at No.2, 6th Cross street, CIT colony, Mylapore, Chennai 600 004, as PW2, with relevant documents, record the evidence of chief and cross examination and submit the same before this court in the above suit.

5. The initial remuneration of the Advocate Commissioner is fixed at Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) and the same shall be paid by the applicants directly to the Advocate Commissioner. The Advocate Commissioner shall file her report on or before 26.03.2024.
